Even though we took the cheap seats ride from Panama to the port of Turbo, Columbia, we insisted on pedaling north to the beautiful colonial city of Cartagena, our would-be landing point. A walled city right on the Caribbean… absolutely enchanting. We ride out tomorrow to distant Bogota – can’t wait to climb into the hills where it’s cool!

Great pictures! I have always wanted to see Cartagena. You look happy and I am so glad you missed the first hurricane to hit Guatemala this season. I am with you and wishing you safe travels and lots of energy! Love Sylvia
